Queen's Walk Investment Limited is a Euro denominated Guernsey closed-end investment company that is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Queen's Walk invests in and manages a diversified portfolio of subordinated tranches of asset backed securities ("ABS"). The Company's investment objective is to preserve capital and provide stable returns to shareholders in the form of quarterly dividends. The Company's investment policy is to make such investments where the investment manager considers that the income to be derived from such investments is attractive relative to the underlying credit risk.

Queen's Walk is externally managed by Cheyne Capital Management (UK) LLP ("Cheyne Capital"), an investment management firm with an experienced ABS investment management team. Cheyne Capital's ABS investment management team has extensive experience in the structuring, execution and management of ABS transactions globally and across many asset classes, including traditional asset classes such as commercial and residential mortgages, and consumer finance assets such as credit card receivables and other loans.
